How does group delivery work ?

• Anyone canstart a Mondizen Club on Mondizen's website, they become the Club’s President and choose the delivery address for their Club.
• The President invites future members to join via Mondizen's website or mail.
• Members make their orders and check out, selecting the Club address for delivery.
• On the order closing date members are invited to pay, shipping costs are automatically divided proportionally among the Club members.
• Each order is packed individually and then delivered at the same time to the President’s delivery address.
• Each member collects their individual order.

Must I participate in every Club order ?

Not at all.

If you are the President, you set the opening and closing date. You decide whether to order or not.

If you are a member, you are informed about the opening and closing date. You participate when you want it.

How are the Club orders packaged ?

Individually. Depending on the weight and number of packages, Mondizen will either group several individual packages, packaged separately and labeled with your name inside a larger carton, or we send several cartons, each with the name of the appropriate Club member. In either case, each order is personal and easy to identify. In this way, the role of the President remains simple and the contents of each order remains private.

Why don't I pay for my order when I validate it ?

The shipping costs are calculated relative to the total Club order - thus, your shipping cost is minimized. These shipping costs are finalized only when all participating members have validated their orders. You will pay after all members have validated their orders.

Important: when you do validate your order, the current shipping costs are displayed. If you are the first member to validate an order, these costs may be higher, but they will decrease as other members validate their orders!

How are Club shipping costs calculated ?

Automatically, considering both the delivery address and the total weight of the Club order.

For example, if the shipping cost for where you live is 10 euros for 1 kilogram shipped but 50 euros for 10 kilograms shipped then

You participate in a Club order:

Your order = 1 kilogram

Total Club order = 10 kilograms

Your shipping cost = 5 euros, so a saving of 50%

If you buy just one jar of jam or a single shampoo, we reduce your shipping costs proportionally to the weight of your order. So profit to the max and join a Mondizen Club. Every kilo ordered reduces everyone's per kilogram cost of shipping!

Must I order on specific fixed dates ?

Not at all. The Mondizen Club gives the Club President complete freedom. Each Club is independent and functions based on the desires and ordering schedule of its members. The President decides when orders will be opened and closed.

I forgot to add a product to my order...

No need to panic !

You can add products to your shopping cart right up until you actually pay for your order. However once you have paid, you cannot modify that particular order.

Can I delete products from my order ?

You can cancel all or part of your shopping cart before validating your order. Once validated, you can still continue to add products to that same order. However, you cannot remove products because Club members would be penalized by unexpected increases in their shipping cost.

What are the Club President's responsibilities ?

The President invites members to join the Club, schedules the closing date for the next Club order, and chooses the delivery address. When the shipment arrives, the President informs members, so members can collect their packages.

What is a Mondizen club ?

Whatever you want it to be! Do you want a small Club with close friends or neighbors? It is up to you. The only limit imposed is that each Club needs at least two members (including the President).

Would you like a Club that limits the maximum number of members? You can do that too.

Each President chooses the size of that Club, how often orders are closed, and the duration of Club orders. However, each user’s email address can only be included in one Club.

You can remove members, change the name of the Club, or change the President. To make these changes, just contact us. We will make the changes right away for you.

Can we add members ?

Of course, you can add members at any time after starting a Club. You decide. If you would like to remove a member, then contact us, and we will help you quickly.

Is there a minimum purchase amount ?

Not at all. Order what you want, and benefit from the reduced shipping costs offered by your Club.
