Use the Mondizen Club for group delivery

To reduce your shipping costs, consider grouping your deliveries, by creating or participating in our Mondizen club. The club is completely free and with no commitments. The club coordinates grouped delivery of individual orders. Each member's shipping costs are thus radically reduced. Mondizen takes care of all the details: automatically sharing the shipping costs, packing each order individually and labeling each package with a member's name, grouping the packages and shipping them to your club address.

Multi-shop service

With the new Multi-shop service, you can choose items on any French website or any website which delivers to France. Mondizen will order your products for you and put them in storage. Upon your request Mondizen will get your parcel ready for shipment and optimize cost-effectiveness. If you are outside the E.U. V.A.T. will be re-funded. The Customized Order

If you would like to buy a product not available in the store, you can use the Customized Order. The concept is simple: Just fill out a form with your request (including a description of the product you desire). Your request is added to your shopping cart, and then you check out. Mondizen will send you a quote for the cost of purchase and shipping charges for that desired product. If you accept the quote, Mondizen will purchase the product and ship it to you or someone else.

Voucher

Offer a gift voucher to a special person. Choose the value of the voucher, add a personalized free eCard if you wish, an email message or you choose to tell them the good news directly. A voucher is the perfect gift for that special person. They can enjoy a slice of France thanks to you. Gift with eCard

You can give an unforgettable experience to someone special. The eCard sent with your gift includes your personal message. You will introduce that person to our products and connect to them with your message. You can personalize the eCard message and even choose your preferred eCard style. How do you find our products ?

Our products are organized on shelves that are similar to a physical shop, these shelves scroll vertically.

At the top of each page there is a menu with photos of the different aisles. Move the computer mouse to each aisle to see the different sections within the aisle. Just click on a section to view the products there.

Another way to find a product quickly is to enter a keyword in the search bar at the top of the window. Click search and a shelf with all the related products appears.

How to order ?

With products on a shelf, click on a product to view the product page. On the product page click on the images of the product and zoom in to read even the finest print. It's like reading a label in a physical shop.

To buy a product click on the "Add to cart" button and we'll it to your shopping cart.

You can view all items in your shopping cart at any time. Click on the cart link at the top right of any page.

When you're ready, click on the "Check out" for the shopping cart. If your ordering for the first time, you will be asked to create an account ,so Mondizen can know where to ship your products.
