With a Customized Order, you have our commitment to provide you with a quote for the item you seek, including the cost of shipment. If you accept that quote, we request you pay the cost of purchase and shipping. We will then complete the purchase and ship the item to you. If you decide not to accept the quote, then you will have nothing more to pay. We do not add any margin to the cost of the product or the shipping fees. The cost of 20 euros covers the time Mondizen spends checking custom's requirements, preparing your quote and negotiating the cost of shipment.
